While there are a lot of excellent bcaa supplements on the market, not many can effortlessly double up as your pre workout powder. Out of all the supplements we've reviewed, we ranked BCAA Energy as the #1 best caffeine and amino acid combination.
And that's no surprise, as you'll soon find out…
Rich in naturally-sourced caffeine, vitamins, and branched chain amino acids, bcaa energy can benefit performance through increasing endurance, leveling up focus, and fighting muscle damage.
One of the most significant features is the authenticity of the ingredient label, where we see exactly how much of each essential nutrient we are getting. To give you the full scoop, we created this Evlution BCAA Energy review and hand tested the product in great detail.
Nutrition Facts And Ingredients
The ingredient label has four distinctive components, each of which carries ley advantages for recovery, energy, endurance, and unlike other bcaa supplements, mental focus.
Because BCAA Energy covers training performance from all angles, whether you are a runner, weightlifter, or football player, it is still equally beneficial. No matter what your sport is, or what kind of fitness you like, improving performance and managing recovery are essential in any type of physical activity.
More on this in just a minute.

2:1:1 BCAA Matrix
Heading up this intra-workout formula are the 3 branched-chain amino acids; 2.5g of leucine, 1.25 g of valine, and 1.25g of isoleucine. The most compelling feature on the bcaa side of things is that Evlution tells you exactly how much of each amino acid you are getting.
This is something that not all products do, such as Amino Energy and Amiox, for example.
This label transparency means that all worry about not getting enough of the key ingredients can be pushed to one side so you can focus on training hard and recovering. You also won't need to take extra scoop "just in case", which definitely saves you money in the long run.
Importantly, Evlution uses the golden 2:1:1 ratio, which is the same ratio that has years of scientific support behind it.
The 3 Supporting Amino Acids
This trinity of amino consists of beta alanine, l-alanine, and taurine, each catering for a different aspect of fitness and health.
For performance, beta-alanine is a crucial player, due to its natural ability to lower levels of lactic acid in your muscles.
Taurine might not win any awards for building pounds of lean muscle, but it's a very thoughtful addition to this supplement. Why?
Let me explain. Taurine can balance out the jitteriness that you may feel when you take a supplement with caffeine. Smoothing out the stimulating effects of caffeine reduce the chance of a crash and low energy levels once the stimulant boost wears off.
Sourced from green tea extract and coffee beans, the natural caffeine is dosed at just over 100 mg which is enough for feeling nicely alert, but not overstimulated or jittery.
Because of the nice amount of caffeine, BCAA Energy can double up as your pre workout supplement. Doing this saves you time and money and is an excellent idea if you only like a moderate amount of caffeine before hitting the gym.
Benefits And Effectiveness
Because of the multi-ingredient formula, BCAA Energy is advantageous for a wide range of people, who want more than what a standard bcaa powder can offer them.
That said, one of the main benefits, like other amino acid supplements, is its ability to repair and grow muscle tissue. But where BCAA Energy stands out is in the ingredient label. As previously noted, you know exactly how much much of each amino you are getting, which is a good sign that Evlution has nothing to hide in this formula.
Another advantage for the muscles is improved endurance, which comes from beta-alanine, a favorite supplement among runners and athletes. In particular, beta-alanine is most beneficial for exercise lasting between 1 and 4 minutes, an exact opposite to creatine in this regard.
So, whether it be running, cycling, swimming, or a really long set of squats, beta-alanine can give you some nice gains in the endurance department.
Because of the caffeine being dosed very sensibly, you can use BCAA energy for more than just enhancing your workout. Anytime you want to sharpen your focus or feed your muscles with amino acids, you can do so without feeling jittery or consuming too many calories.
How Correctly To Use
Mix one serving (2 scoops) with between 8-10 oz of cold water. For a shake that's on the sweeter side, use less liquid.
It's a good idea to start with a single serving to assess your tolerance. After, you can take 2-3 if you feel like you want a stronger increase in energy.
What's The Best Time To Take It?
Don't take it too close to bedtime because caffeine can make it hard to fall asleep. Other than that, there's no real right or wrong time to use it.
For muscle growth and repair though, you're best off timing it around your workout. For me, pre-workout is the ideal time because you get both the energy increase, and a plentiful supply of bcaas.
Sizes And Servings
It is available to buy in two sizes, 30 servings, and 65 servings. If you are not sure whether it's a good fit for your diet, go with the smallest tub so you can see how you like it.
When weighed out precisely, 2 scoops are equal to 9g of powder, which is standard for s supplement in this category.

Overall, it is an impressive all-rounder in the amino acid category, with special recognition going to the label transparency. As health-focused folk, we liked that all of the ingredients were clearly listed, which means you know precisely what your taking.
We felt that the caffeine dosage was just right in a time where people consume more stimulants than ever. The beta alanine is a nice addition but in our opinion, it's a little on the low side but considering that this is primarily a bcaa supplement, we aren't that concerned.
Give BCAA Energy a try if you want an amino acid supplement that can also serve as your pre workout while giving your muscles a welcomed feeding.
We hope that our Evlution BCAA Energy review was helpful, now that you know all the ins and outs, hopefully, you can make up your mind on what to buy.
