With hundreds of different creatines on the market, many of which do exactly the same thing, it can be hard to work out which supplement is right for you.
As you're about to find out, the best thing about Naked Nutrition is the there commitment to pure ingredients and third-party testing.
There's no soy, GMOs, or gluten and fits perfectly into the dietary regime of almost anyone. I created this full Naked Creatine review if you want to know all the ins and outs of the product.
Ingredient Quality
Much like all Naked Nutrition supplements, the list of ingredients is super simple. In the case of this formula, there's only one ingredient in the whole tub. Of course, that ingredient is creatine monohydrate.
Dose | Type | Micronized | Vegan | Servings Per Tub | Best Taken |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
5g | Monohydrate | 200 | Post-Workout |
In all honesty, there's nothing overly special about this supplement. But what does stand out to me is the transparency of the brand when it comes to testing their products.
Heavy Metals Testing
As we can see on the label, their formula has been independently tested for heavy metals. It's also been tested for gluten, which I know is one reason why a lot of us are interested in the Naked Nutrition line of supplements.
And of course, this formula doesn't come with any nasty surprises like soy or GMOs.
How Does It Dissolve?
Unlike some other supplement powders, I found this to mix really easily. I didn't get that familiar gritty aftertaste that's the norm with so many off-the-shelf powders.
They advise that you mix it with 14-16 ounces of any beverage you like. Personally, I think mixing it with a protein shake or fruit juice is the best option. Plain creatine and water isn't exactly the best tasting combination, but it gets the job done.

Value for Money
Those who have considered buying supplements from Naked Nutrition before will know that they're certainly not the cheapest around. However, what I do like about them, is that they don't make you pay for fillers.
In other words, you only pay for the genuinely beneficial ingredients, like creatine monohydrate. And this product will last you ages with its large 1,000g/200 serving tub.
How To Use Naked Creatine
As I said above, mixing this supplement powder with water gets it in your system quickly, but it doesn't taste that great if I'm honest.
Out of all the products we've tested, Naked Creatine is the easiest to mix and the fastest to dissolve.
It dissolves fine, but all creatine carries a taste to it that I don't personally like.
It's why I recommended that you mix it with around 15 ounces of your favorite drink. If you're an on-the-go kind of person then throwing a scoop in your protein shake, after your workout or in the morning, is a good idea.
You can also take it with juice, bcaas, or even coffee. Personally, I would keep my coffee creatine-free but feel free to play around with what gets the job done best for you.
When Should You Take It For Best Results?
While it doesn't matter what we take it with, if we want best results (who doesn't?), then the time that we consume your creatine does matter, quite a lot.
In agreement with Healthline, creatine is most effectively utilized by our muscles close to exercise. In practice, you can drink it up with a shake an hour after your workout with a hearty meal, or you can slam it down immediately after your final set, it doesn't really matter.
As long as you take sometime around your training session, you won't miss out on any results.
3 supplements To Stack It With
Because you're reading this review, I'm going to guess you're interested in creatine and not a bunch of protein powders or pre-workout supplements. That said, this muscle building formula stacks really well, with other workout supplements.
Of course, you can just ignore these recommendations if all you need is monohydrate.
- Protein Powder
- BCAAs
- Mass Gainer (for weight gain)
Alternatives
Here's how the supplement in question stacks up against its closest competitors.

Overall Review
I really liked the simplicity of this product. While I have seen cheaper supplements in my time, Its third-party testing gives me peace of mind that I’m genuinely only getting what it says on the label.
